Job Responsibilities:

• Support and operate PI Systems for leading players in the process industry, both nationally and internationally
• Be a part of our Support Team, involving registration and follow-up in case management tools.
• Take ownership of inquiries and ensure follow-up internally and with customers.
• Maintaining and off-site support
